Where can I buy Color Canvas Systems™️?

Color Canvas Systems™️ is sold only on colorcanvassystems.com.

 

Can I buy a single canvas? 

Yes, if you are a preexisting customer.

 

Is the entire surface of the canvas magnetic? 

No. The two areas on the back of your canvas which are magnetic are for the sole purpose of securely connecting the base of your stand to your canvas. When your canvas is connected to its stand and fully assembled the two magnetic areas will in turn have magnetic properties on the surface of the canvas; but only at those two points.

Since we have had a high volume of stylists use their canvases for hair extensions, our magnetic technology has been found to pair well with hair extension tools—specifically double prong clips.

A new canvas designed solely for Hair Extensions Stylists will be launched July 2022. These Canvass will have a larger magnetic surface area in the center of the canvas to house more tools and have the capacity for higher levels of magnetic power.

PLEASE NOTE: Magnetic technology allows the base of your stand to firmly adhere to stands. The entire surface of your canvas is not magnetic.

Who are the Magnetic Canvases good for?

Do you offer different sizes? 

At one time we offered Large, Medium, and Small. To date we our canvases come in one size 21" x 31". We’ve found this is the best dimension to suite all lengths.

 

How do I care for my Color Canvas Systems™️?

Do not lean canvases against walls. To store, hang or lay canvas flat. If you do lean your canvas up against a wall, note that there is an increased likelihood of surface warping.

To preserve prints, do not expose canvases to extreme hot or cold temperatures.
Absolutely do not leave your canvases in your car or outside.

Water and soft cloths should be used to remove products.

70% alcohol and soft cloths will bring back high shine on laminated surfaces.

 

Will color stain my canvas?

Like all color tools, high pigmented color may stain. This is especially true for light-colored plastics and laminated surfaces. We advise our guests to combat this by promptly removing any dark pigments with warm water as soon as possible. 

Tips and tricks:
Simply combine a tablespoon of baking soda with a couple of tablespoons of water and mix those together to form a paste. Spread the paste over the stain and let it sit for about five minutes. Afterwards, wipe your canvas down with a damp microfiber cloth. Don't scrub, or you could damage the surface.

100% pure lemon and eucalyptus essential oils are fantastic alternatives to stain removers.

 

Does my canvas have suction capabilities?

After your Color Canvas Systems™️ is fabricated, it is separated into two categories: naked or laminated. Laminated surfaces allow for the function of suction technology (i.e. suction bowls and hair extension caddys) to adhere to canvases.

Our Custom Canvases or Nude Collection products allow for suction properties due to their laminated surfaces working with suction products. However, Naked or printless canvases do not have suction capabilities due to the texture of the recycled plastic surface not pairing with suction products. 

 *Suction caddies are not a product of CCS. Some caddies have extremely high suction technology and will lift your laminated canvases. Use with caution or favor purchasing a naked or acrylic canvas

Can my canvas withstand all levels of hydrogen peroxide?

Yes.

 

Why does my naked canvas have a slight texture?

Your canvas is made of recycled plastic. This method allows the material to have a strong reliable reputation. Cutting down on waste during the process of recycling material is the reason there is a slight texture to the surface of the canvases.

 

Can any stand work with a color canvas?

No. Canvases are specifically designed for Color Canvas Systems™️ stands. Your canvases weight and dimensions are components that were tried and tested and carefully considered during research and development. Our stands and canvases are lightweight and are constructed with durability at the forefront of design. Canvases will not fit stands outside of Color Canvas Systems™️ and are not guaranteed to function properly 

 

When will you restock seasonal prints and/or limited edition collections?

Please submit requests to: support@colorcanvassystems.com. Signing up for emails is a great way for customers wishing to be the first notified when prints are back in stock. 

 

Where is my order?

Please contact us if you have not received your delivered order or it has been lost in transit by the carrier and we would be happy to assist. 

Once an order is placed, please allow two to four business days for the order to be packed and shipped from our warehouse. Upon shipment, you will receive an email with your tracking information so you may track the package online. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for the package to arrive to you from the day your order is shipped. 

 

My package is missing. Can you help? 

Please contact us if you have not received your delivered order or it has been lost in transit by the carrier and we would be happy to assist. 

 

Where is my return? 

Once your return package is on the way back to our warehouse the return process has started. When the return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your return is accepted or declined. This process can take up to five business days from the date your return tracking information shows delivered. Please allow up to seven business days for the refund to be processed back to your original form of payment. 

A 20% restocking fee will be applied.

 

Can I exchange my item?

At this time we are not able to offer exchanges. We recommend requesting a return for the item you'd like to return at support@colorcanvassystems.com and placing a new order for the new item. Once your return is received at our warehouse and processed, you will receive a refund back to your original payment method. 

 

Can you help with a damaged product? 

We apologize that you received a damaged item. Please send a photo of the damaged product to alisha@colorcanvassystems.com with your information and we would be happy to help you with a resolution. Please note, any damaged item outside of a 7-10 return window cannot be returned or refunded.

 

What payment options do you accept? 

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover cards. Your card will be charged once your order has been shipped. 

You can also choose to pay with PayPal or Shop Pay. 

 

What if my item is faulty? 

Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or when a manufacturing fault is noted immediately upon delivery. After three days from your delivery date, items are not considered faulty and are as a result of normal wear and tear. 

If your item is faulty upon receipt, you may return it for a refund by emailing support@colorcanvassystems.com.

 

Do you ship internationally? 

Yes. Taxes and Duties ARE NOT included in the price of your CCS

We only work with suppliers and vendors who we believe in and share our commitment to sustainability. Our products are all handcrafted in the United States.

Yes! Discount offers are valid for a limited time only. Color Canvas Systems™️ reserves the right to modify or cancel discount offers at any time. All sales are final and cannot be returned. 

Promotions are limited to one discount code per customer. If you return any of the items purchased with a discount code, the code discount or value may be subtracted from the return credit. Applicable shipping and handling charges apply to all products.
