Spots are limited! We are looking to hire 50 CCS guest educators to create and deliver online courses, as well as participate in in-salon collaborations and classes. Applicants must meet the specified criteria to apply and will undergo training. Successful candidates will have opportunities for career growth within the CCS brand, with benefits including flights, hotels, daily food per diems, attendance and teaching at hair shows, commissions on online Zoom courses, and prerecorded static classes.

CCS Educator Onboarding Process:
1. Application and Discovery Call:
To become a CCS Educator fill out the application form at the bottom of the page, e-mail support@colorcanvassystems.com to schedule a discovery call.
2. Talent Showcase:
Once your application has been submitted, we will review your Instagram handle and set up a Zoom call to further discuss your fit for our program. If we feel that you are a great fit, you will be given the opportunity to purchase your onboarding pass. The enrollment and certification fee is $1500, which includes a brand new stand, arm, and board of your choice. After payment, you can expect to receive your brand new CCS, and finally set up your one-on-one mentoring sessions. Your final certification will be creating a video and executing your talents.
3. Establish Your Course of Action:
Align your objectives with your training. You can choose to travel to salons hosting classes with compensation, including daily rates and coverage for out-of-state classes, or teach online Zoom classes based on your preference. Educators receive daily rates for in-salon and out-of-state classes, with hotel accommodations, airfare, and daily food per diems provided. For Zoom classes, a sliding scale commission rate ranging from 10% to 35% is applied to incentivize educators. Daily in-salon rates are to be determined. Financial details will be discussed during calls.
