REFUND POLICY

RETURN POLICY

  • Customers must return the canvas undamaged, with the box unopened, and the product unused for a full refund.
  • Customers are responsible for shipping the product back to the following address: 1426 County Road H, Wahoo, Nebraska 68022.
  • If the canvas breaks during shipment, customers should contact us for further instructions on returns.
  • A 20% restocking fee will be charged if the returned item shows signs of damage.
  • Refunds will be processed in accordance with Nebraska's consumer protection laws and regulations.

 

HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN

  • Domestic returns: 
For domestic orders, please submit a return by submitting an email to: support@colorcanvassystems.com.
In your email please include your order number and the reason for return. 
Once your return has been created, you will receive return shipping label via email. Using the provided label, please drop off your package at any Fed Ex location.
 
  • International returns: 
For international orders email us at: Support@colorcanvassystems.com 
In your email please include your order number and the reason for return.
Return shipping and any reverse duties are the responsibility of the customer. 

 

SHIPPING POLICY

  • Please allow up to three business days for processing before orders ship from our warehouse.

REFUNDS

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your return is accepted or declined. This process can take up to 5 business days from the date your return tracking information shows Delivered.
  • There will be a 20% restocking fee for all orders.
  • No refunds will be permitted for custom canvases.
  • If your return is accepted, your refund will be processed and applied to the original method of payment.
  • Note that refunds can take up to 7-10 business days to appear on your bank account due to varying processing times of financial organizations.
