Return Policy

  • For FULL REFUND customer must return Color Canvas System® product unused, unopened and undamaged in its original packaging and shipping box.
  • Customer is responsible for shipping cost to return product to Color Canvas Systems®.
  • If product arrives to you damaged CONTACT US immediately for support and instructions.
  • Refunds are processed in accordance with Nebraska consumer protection laws and regulations.

Request for Return

Domestic:

  • Submit Request for Return by email to contact@colorcanvassystems.com.
  • Email must include Name, Phone Number, Order Number and reason for return.
  • Once your return has been processed and approved, you'll receive a return shipping label via email.
  • Affix the label securely to the package and drop off at the nearest FedEx location.

International Shipping & Returns Policy:

At Color Canvas Systems, we strive to ensure our professional tools arrive in perfect condition. Due to the high logistics costs, customs regulations, and duties associated with international shipping of large-format professional equipment, please review our policy before ordering:

  • Final Sale: All international sales are considered final unless the product arrives damaged or defective.
  • Customer-Funded Returns: In the event a return is authorized by CCS, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, including any applicable international taxes, customs, and import duties.
  • Non-Refundable Fees: Original shipping costs, along with any duties or taxes paid to your country’s customs agency, are non-refundable. These are government-mandated fees and cannot be reclaimed by Color Canvas Systems.
  • Restocking Fee: A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount for all authorized equipment returns to cover the labor, inspection, and logistics involved in processing heavy items.
  • Return Process:
    • To initiate a request, email contact@colorcanvassystems.com with your name, order number, and a detailed reason for the return.
    • If your return is approved, you will be responsible for arranging return shipping via a tracked, insured courier of your choice.
    • Items must be returned in their original packaging and in unused, undamaged condition.
    • Once the item is received and inspected, we will issue a refund for the product cost, minus the restocking fee and original shipping costs.

Refunds

  • Upon receiving and inspecting your return we will notify you of your return status.
  • Allow up to 5 business days from date of delivery to our warehouse for review.
  • If return is accepted a refund will be processed and applied to the original method of payment in 7-10 business days.
  • A 20% restocking fee applies on all returns.
  • Restocking fees do not apply to customers purchasing through KLARNA.
  • Custom canvas are non-refundable.

Order Processing and Shipping Policy

  • Orders received before 4:00pm CT are processed within 24 hours of checkout.
  • Allow up to 3 business days for order to ship from our warehouse.
  • Customer receives email confirmations including tracking.
