Return Policy

All Guy Tang MORE2ME sales are final.
Products must be returned unopened, unused, in their original condition and packaged as shipped.
Please allow up to four business days for processing before orders ship from our warehouse.
 
Outbound shipping fees from the original order are not refundable. 
We reserve the right to refuse returns that show any signs of use. 

 

How to Request a Return

Domestic returns: 
For domestic orders, please submit a return by submitting an email to: support@colorcanvassystems.com.
In your email please include your order number and the reason for return. 
Once your return has been created, you will receive return shipping label via email. Using the provided label, please drop off your package at any Fed Ex location.
 
International returns: 
For international orders please click here to submit a return or email us at: Support@colorcanvassystems.com 
In your email please include your order number and the reason for return.
Return shipping and any reverse duties are the responsibility of the customer. 

 

Shipping Policy

Please allow up to three business days for processing before orders ship from our warehouse.

 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your return is accepted or declined. This process can take up to 5 business days from the date your return tracking information shows Delivered.

There will be a 20% restocking fee for all orders.

No refunds will be permitted for custom canvases.

If your return is accepted, your refund will be processed and applied to the original method of payment.

Note that refunds can take up to 7-10 business days to appear on your bank account due to varying processing times of financial organizations.
