Shipping policy

We have the following shipping options available in the United States:

Fed Ex - For detailed information on Fed Ex shipping, please visit this link.
Economy - Delivery in 5 to 8 Business Days via UPS or DHL eCommerce
Ground - Delivery in 4 to 6 Business Days via UPS
Express - Order by Noon ET. Delivery in 2 to 3 Business Days via UPS
Priority - Order by Noon ET. Delivery in 1 to 2 Business Days via UPS 

If shipping to a P.O. Box or APO/FPO address, you must select Economy. 

 

Shipment Tracking

You can track your order with the tracking information provided in your shipment notification e-mail. 

 

Change Your Shipping Address

Shipping addresses cannot be changed. We will only ship to the shipping address entered when the order was originally placed. 

 

Lost or Stolen Packages

If you believe that your package was lost or stolen, please contact Customer Service as well as FedEx to file a claim.
