Order Processing
- orders received before 4:00pm CT are processed within the next business day

allow up to 3 business days for order to ship from our warehouse
- customer receives email confirmations including processing delays, Customer Support Inquiries and tracking.
Shipping Options
- orders are shipped with reasonable and reliable standard shipping from our facility in Omaha, Nebraska, via major carriers such as FedEx, UPS, or USPS.
- shipping to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses may be available via economy shipping
Delivery Timeframes
- 3-7 day transit time on orders shipping within the Contiguous US States

7-21 day transit time on orders shipping outside the Contiguous US States
International Orders
- orders shipping outside the contiguous US may be subject to Duty and Tax in their respective ports of import and to be paid by the customer
- EORI Number (Economic Operator Registration and Identification) may be required for customs clearance in certain countries, particularly within the European Union (EU) and is the responsibility of the customer to understand and comply with these requirements - contact your local government customs agency for more information to avoid delays
Shipping Costs
- standard shipping rates vary based on order size and destination
- shipping fees are calculated and applied at checkout
Tracking
- tracking information will be provided via email once your order ships
Address Changes
- once your order ships we are not able to make changes to shipping information
- confirm your shipping information is correct before checkout
Lost or Stolen Packages
- in the event your package is lost or stolen CONTACT US to file a claim
- Include Order Number, Full Name, Phone Number and indicate LOST or STOLEN and describe the incident
